Jack Hammond, who is executive director of Home Base, a local veterans care organization; David Falvey, a major in the Massachusetts Army National Guard and commander of the South Boston Allied War Veterans Council; and Rep. Jon Santiago, who represents parts of Boston on Beacon Hill and is also an Army Reserve captain.
